I went there twice already the first time to eat in and the second I have order their tray for a party. The place is very clean and the people are very friendly. In both cases the sandwich were very good and tasteful. The tray to take out is also really good and ready at the time that I have requested. It was a success in my party. I recommend.

Can't go wrong with Firehouse. This location just opened so there are a few kinks to work out, but the subs are good and pretty consistent with the other locations that I've visited.

The worst sub I've ever eaten. The concept of steaming lunch meat makes no sense to me unless you are trying to melt the fat out of a poor quality meat product. Once I was aware of what they were doing I requested an Italian cold. They put warm meat on it with tomatoes that were not ripe. The bread was not good either. Poor quality all the way around. Unprofessional staff . I took two bites, that was two too many ! I made them aware I was not pleased, they didn't care. Big waste of time and money!

Over 10 minutes for a sub. Finally walked out. 5 staff members. 2 working like crazy. The rest disappear and reappear. Steam your food with the pickles and then drain the juice. I know they're new but...... The manager was working hard. One lady used the hand sanitizer 3 times and still did nothing. Needless to say first impression. Is not good. Also very crowded with tables so if you ate ordering you will be bothering others eating. It taking out no place to stand so then you'll take up tables for those eating in.

Such good subs!!!! They can be inconsistent, but I will continue to go back. Staff is pleasant, not overly nice or rude. But at times, some employees are ruder than most. So glad this joint is near my house!

If I could give this place no stars I would. After ordering and specifically stating that I was going to dine in, they made my order for take out. I told the female who made my sandwich that I wanted to eat there. However, due to the fact that they were going to close in 10 mins, she told me that I could not eat inside. Considering the fact that I have been eating here one to two times a week for the past few months and paying for their overpriced sandwiches, I was greatly offended by this type of service. You never tell your customers they can't eat inside the restaurant, especially when there is still 10 mins left til closing time. Big mistake on their part. I will no longer visit this restaurant. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

I can't believe there are human beings that think Firehouse Subs are mediocre and not tasty! I'm literally mind blowned right now! Well I've been a fan of firehouse before they ever made their way down to south florida. Stationed at Patrick AFB back in 2006, I had the privilege to try these subs. I tried the hook and ladder; I was immediately hooked pun intended. To my dismay I did my time and got discharged in 2008 and came back to south florida. Where I was sure to miss me some Firehouse. I guess the franchise restaurant knew I needed it down here and decided to open up shop everywhere. Finally they opened this one right by my house and I can rest easily at night knowing that whenever I get the itch, firehouse will be there to scratch it. Best subs hook and ladder and the Italian. You can't go wrong with whatever you choose.

Ok, I gave it four stars for the free sub that I got for my birthday today. Other than that, I'm very annoyed that I was questioned as to whether it was my real birthday or not, solely because i knew one of the employees there. Other than that, the Italian sub was very good.

Clean location, friendly staff, and really good food. I recently tried Firehouse subs for the first time and I'm hooked - Especially on their Hook n Ladder sub. Good stuff!

I love firehouse subs, but I just came in there at 700pm, no line, waited 20+ minutes for a sub, got to my destination, and its not what I ordered. I don't know if the girl pressed the wrong number or not, but she didn't even confirm our order to make sure she had it right. On top of that, this Turkey sub ia drowned in extra extra mayo. Ugh! Where is my steak and cheese with hot peppers you crazy teenagers?! It took so long i thought they were making bbq dinners from scratch back there. Please get an adult in here on Saturday nights asap! I have never ever waited at a firehouse longer than a couple of minutes, even in doral packed, line out the door my sammich is ready in dos minutos. I will try again and hopefully this place gets it together next time.
